Before transitioning full-time into brokerage, Alex served as the founding owner and president of a private equity group focused exclusively on real estate. Over the past decade, he has flipped more than a dozen investment properties, invested in over one hundred single-family homes, and cultivated deep expertise in custom construction, land use, and deal structuring.
